Starting at the Underbelly in Cowgate and weaving through the hidden alleyways of Edinburgh complete with a map and everything you may need for your journey, you will meet the consequences of your actions face to face. You are no spectator in this one on one show, for this is your story and these characters know you and are expecting you. The very nature of chance means we have to take a few now and then and deal with the consequences around the corner. All because you once said yes. It’s your story; you decide…
Look Left Look Right is proud to be teaming up with award winning Trippplicate writers Morgan Lloyd Malcolm and Katie Lyons to bring a unique theatrical experience to the Fringe audience. Using numerous actors and Edinburgh based talent, the journey is a rich and colourful one.

The highlight of my Fringe trip this year and one of the most amazing, challenging and thought-provoking things I have done in my life.
Thanks to all involved for a brilliant afternoon!
Its not often something lives up to the hype which has been created around it but ‘You once said yes’ not only lived up to the hype – it far exceeded it. This was an exciting, enchanting, moving and completely unforgettable experience. A unique show performed perfectly with humour, passion and care from all of the actors involved – I would have quite happily spent an hour in each characters company. The use of location was brilliant – adding incredible atmosphere to each encounter which, combined with the personal interaction, meant each ‘scene’ was as engaging as the last as the story progressed with my journey.
As for the ending – I haven’t smiled and been moved as much in a very long time. The most feel good ending of any show I have ever seen – leaving me with a great feeling which has stayed with me throughout the day and I know will keep me buzzing for days to come.
Thank you ‘Look Left Look Right’ for an incredible and unique experience- finishing off my month in Edinburgh on a super high.
